Our Paralegals assist in legal research as well as undertaking administrative tasks in all areas of law undertaken by the firm.

Andrew Lok

Andrew is currently undertaking a Law/Commerce Degree at Monash University. He is a keen debater and is an Adjudicator for the Debaters Association of Victoria. Andrew has worked in the Asylum Seekers Resource Centre (ASRC) in a paralegal capacity.

Andrew is a fluent Mandarin Speaker and fluent Cantonese Speaker and can assist our many Mandarin speaking & Cantonese speaking clients.

Andrew is a member of the Monash University Law Students’ Society.

David

David Cyngler

David has completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University and is currently undertaking a Masters in Project Management (IT) at Monash University.

David is a keen sportsman and plays competitive Futsal. He plays the drums in a band.

David has served in a number of executive roles in several student societies. He is currently a member of the Monash University Post Graduate Students Society.

Nathan Tai

Nathan is currently undertaking a Law/Commerce Degree at Monash University.  He has volunteered for a number of organizations including the Peninsula Community Legal Centre and the Victoria Family Law Pathways network.

Nathan speaks Cantonese and  can  assist  our  many Cantonese speaking clients.

He has undertaken the role of Monash Law Ambassador, is a member of the Monash University Law Students’ Society as well as the Monash Accounting Students Society.

Kimberley Ng

Kimberley is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Arts and Law at Monash University, with a major in Chinese and Japanese Studies.  She is presently a Junior Adjudicator for the Debating Association of Victoria, and volunteers at Peninsula Legal Community Centre and Community Support Frankston. She has also interned at the Museum of Chinese Australian History.

Kimberley speaks Cantonese and can assist our many Cantonese speaking clients,

She has undertaken the role of Sub-Editor of Lot’s Wife Magazine, a Monash University publication. And is a member of the Monash University Law Students’ Society.
