Georgie Stanistreet

Experience:

Georgie practices in a wide range of areas of law with a particular focus on civil and commercial litigation and commercial law generally.

Georgie has experience in civil litigation, as well as general commercial, regulatory, and disciplinary matters.  Prior to joining CKL Lawyers, Georgie spent a significant period of time working in the thoroughbred racing industry, both as a lawyer and as the Registrar of the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board.  Georgie is skilled in dealing with complex and sensitive matters and disputes.

Bachelor of Arts BA (Uni of Melbourne)
Bachelor of Laws LLB (Honours) (Deakin University)
Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria
Admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia
