Stephen Fernandes

Experience

Stephen practices in a wide range of areas of law with a particular focus on civil and commercial litigation. He has a solutions-focused approach to negotiation and is skilled at identifying pathways to resolve disputes without hesitating if a dispute needs to proceed to litigation.

Prior to joining CKL Lawyers, Stephen practiced in a broad range of Commercial and Civil disputes including property, leasing & estate disputes.

Stephen has also spent some time practicing in Family Law including attending court and has experience with complex financial and property matters.

Previous to Law, he trained and worked as a Computer Systems Engineer and IT Analyst.

Stephen speaks conversational Portuguese.
