Jack Cyngler

Principal

Admitted to practice in 1983, Jack is the Principal of the firm and has spent most of his career practising in Commercial and Business Law, Property Law, Wills, Probate and Estate Planning, Employment law, Litigation and Debt Recovery.

He established the firm Cyngler & Co in 1987 and later merged with Kaye Levy & Co in 2004.

Jack is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Tenancy Law (Commercial & Retail Leases). He is one of only a handful of Lawyers in Victoria who have been Accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria.

In his capacity as a member of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Leases Committee he attends meetings made up of a small number of specialist practitioners in the field of Tenancy Law to discuss new legislation and make submissions to Government.
